These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GridMind (“the App”), developed and published by BoGames (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

GridMind is a free-to-play block puzzle game available on Android. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

2. User content and leaderboards

When you submit a score to the leaderboard, you grant BoGames the right to display your nickname (if provided) and score within the App. You agree not to use offensive, discriminatory, or misleading nicknames. We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry or nickname that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without notice.

3. In-app purchases and virtual items

GridMind may offer optional in-app items such as extra lives and rotators. These can be obtained for free through rewarded advertisements or purchased through the Google Play billing system. All purchases are processed by Google and are subject to Google Play’s terms. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy.

4. Advertising

The App displays rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Watching ads is always voluntary and provides in-game benefits. Ad delivery is subject to Google’s advertising policies.

5. Intellectual property

All content in GridMind, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, game mechanics, the BoGames name and logo, and the GridMind name and logo, is the intellectual property of BoGames and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including game progress or leaderboard data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
